Trish Anderson is a dynamic business leader with a proven track record of driving growth and transformation across diverse industries. As the Founder and CEO of Business Growth Solutions, Inc. (BGS), Trish leverages her extensive experience to help Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, mid-market businesses, and start-ups incubate disruptive business models, enter new markets, and launch cutting-edge digital platforms and revenue channels.

Trish’s expertise spans over two decades, during which she has led and scaled more than 20 business and platform start-ups globally, including her leadership roles at General Electric (GE) and GE Capital. At BGS Inc. she partners with CEOs to craft innovative go-to-market strategies that deliver tangible results across sectors such as Financial Services, Technology, Healthcare, Power, Additive & Industrial Manufacturing.

Trish has spearheaded the development of significant new businesses across the globe, including building and scaling a new multinational financing business in Hong Kong, launching an inventory finance platform in China and a shaping a new $4 billion Oil and Gas Financing business based in Canada. She also led the incubation, scaling, and integration/sale of five new digital revenue platforms to help various GE businesses to grow their pipelines and drive innovation in rapidly changing markets.

Trish has held significant C-Suite roles, including, Chief Commercial & Marketing Officer for GE Capital Asia Pacific. Trish was headquartered in Tokyo, and covered seven core countries, including Japan, Australia/New Zealand, Hong Kong, and India. Following the 3/11 earthquake and tsunami, she & her team reshaped the region growth strategy, launched new growth platforms and redeployed sales team to deliver 13% growth.

Throughout her career, Trish has been a key leader in navigating complex business transformations during times of crisis and disruption. She had a key leadership role in the transformation and sale of GE Capital Americas in 2016. Additionally, she was integral to the rebuilding GE Capital’s marketing and commercial teams post financial crisis and reshaping the GE Capital global value proposition for GE Capital.
